## A manager with an engineering mindset.

From Android development and my own studio to international products and multi-team management. Along the way, I have worked with mobile services, payments, corporate data, advertising and antifraud.

Co-founded Curestry, a platform for debugging and evaluating AI agents, and the AI Engineers Guild community. I develop open-source tools, mentor managers, write and speak about development, AI and management.

## Results.

### Antifraud from scratch

9 services · 2.5× less fraud

Led the creation of Twinby’s antifraud system: ML detection, device fingerprinting, automated moderation and liveness verification. Owned product priorities and coordinated Data Science, backend and analysts.

### CDP and personalised communications

10+ communication channels

Led the creation of an audience segmentation and communications platform. A shared segment builder, campaign launches and analytics without bespoke development for each campaign. Brought the platform to the launch stage.

### Mobile products in international markets

Mexico · India · Nigeria

Released an international fintech holding’s mobile apps in three markets. Coordinated five teams from local requirements and payment flows through testing and release. Retention increased by 15%, conversion by 10%.

### A new department at MTS

5 product + 2 service teams

Organised the LeSS-to-SAFe transition and launch of a seven-team department. Connected quarterly goals, cross-team dependencies and resource planning into a shared operating model.

### Corporate data catalogue

YooMoney · Amundsen

Initiated a metadata catalogue project, from analysts’ needs and source requirements to a prototype, demo and feedback. The aim was to make data easier to find and its relationships easier to understand.

### Scaling project delivery

ITIS · team 5 → 18

Developed parallel delivery of mobile and web products across GovTech, digital health, city services and social apps. The team grew from 5 to 18, and project margins from 12% to 34%.

### My own studio from scratch

Renewal · break-even in 2 months

Progressed from Android developer to co-founder and project lead. Won corporate clients, built project teams and organised mobile and web service development.
